Refund Policy

We try to be as flexible as we can. You are free to cancel or change your package until we start work on your store. Once we start work refunds are partial based on the four stages of development. 

If you cancel:

  • Before completing your Vision Survey - Refund 100%
  • Before confirming your Theme Selection - Refund 80%
  • Before completing your Content Survey - Refund 50%
  • After Completing your Content Survey - No Refunds

Please note that if you purchase a paid theme we cannot refund that as it is paid directly to the theme developer. 

You can upgrade at any point during the process and if you decide to upgrade to the professional package within 3 months of launch, we will credit your original charges towards your new package.
